How to Get Help
If you need help, there are three main ways:
- Sending Aeria's support staff an email.
- Posting on the Megaten forums.
- Asking in the forum ShoutBox (chat window).
To send Aeria an email, go to any part of the Aeria Games website and use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom. On the next screen, there will be a "Category" tab. Select "Megaten Issues" from the drop-down menu, and then describe your issue to us. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours.
To use the forums, go to http://forums.aeriagames.com/index.php?f=447 and look for the forum section that best fits your issue. The most common for newer players would be Technical Support or General Discussion. If you're not sure where to post, post in General Discussion.
You can also ask in the forum ShoutBox. The ShoutBox works in real-time. While Aeria staff cannot always monitor the ShoutBox, there are often helpful players who will reply to questions. It's definitely worth a try to ask your question in the ShoutBox, because you may get an immediate answer instead of having to wait for a reply to an email or forum post.
